In conclusion we can say that the Property management is a service for companies and persons, who value their time, efforts and money. Many owners living abroad will be facilitated in the payment of: annual municipal rates and taxes, bills for electricity, water, heating, telephone, insurances and etc. We shall supervise the regular check-up of all systems in the building, we will take care of the cleaning of the common parts, back yard, greeneries, garages. If necessary we shall organize a repair of the roof, of the facade, the entrance door, the intercom or any other boring small repairs in the common parts of the property as well. - There are two possible options: a fixed monthly sum or percent from the rental if your property will be rented out.
- For those clients who purchase village houses, we can ensure their safety for 50 euros per month.
- For clients who purchase apartments, houses or villas in top tourist destinations or big cities, where the properties will be rented out, we agree on 20% from the net income of the rental.
